Outstanding in every way, very modern, roomy and comfortable. The location was perfect, quiet and yet close to free tram. The staff advised us where to go and how to get there. I have painful bones so was worried about the bed but it was as good as my bed at home. Loads of storage space so we were not tripping over our luggage. Internet access was a bonus and affordable. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend these apartments to others.

The lady who checked us in was very friendly and accommodating, making sure to call us as soon as our room was ready (which was very early and important to us as we were up since 3am). She also helped us wtih our request for a higher room. Staff were excellent - friendly, willing to help and knowledgeable about local dining, transport, etc. (always good advice).

Our greeting on arrival was exemplary! After having one flight cancelled and two flight delays, we were more than frazzled and the greeting was a very calming and genuine caring welcome. Thank you! Were were more than pleased with our accommodation. From the moment we arrived - a pleasant entry and foyer area. Very friendly and helpful concierge to greet us and make us comfortable. Then onto a beautiful, well appointed room, far exceeding our expectations. We will definitely be back for a longer stay next time. The room has "everything you need".

The staff at City Tempo, from the cleaners to the front desk reception were absolutely lovely. They made us very welcome when we arrived, the cleaners, service staff and security had a smile and a greeting each time we met them. No request was met without a smile and eagerness to help.
